What your purchase includes, how activation works, and where to get help.
Your Bop license
Bop is a one-time purchase with a perpetual license and no subscription. It includes all eleven current balls, all future app updates, and use on two supported Mac or Windows computers in total. An account is not required. Keep your license key private.
Activation, periodic license checks, and installing updates require internet access. You can play offline for up to 30 days after a successful license check. Compatibility requirements are listed on the installation page.
Before changing computers, deactivate Bop in the old computer’s license window while online. Then activate the same key on the new one. If the old computer is lost or unavailable, email support with your order number.
Payment & delivery
The selected checkout shows the final price, currency, taxes and fees before payment. Lemon Squeezy handles its checkout, receipts and licenses. For lava.top purchases, lava.top processes payment and Bop emails the key and installation link. If the email is missing, check Spam and use key recovery on the installation page.
Purchase problems & refunds
For help or a refund request, email support with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed individually, with the payment provider involved when needed. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
Official downloads
Download Bop from the installation page on bop.toys. Its links lead to our official GitHub Releases. The packages contain Bop and the components it needs, with no bundled advertising or unrelated software. Installing the app does not subscribe you to emails.
The Mac app is signed with the developer’s Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple. In-app updates are verified against a digital signature before installation.
Windows SmartScreen may show a warning when an installer has not yet built a reputation. The current Windows installer has no publisher digital signature. In-app updates are verified using signed release information and the file’s checksum.
